Makes one serving
- 1 pkg frozen acai puree
- 1 banana
- 1/3 cup blueberries
- 1/3 cup coconut milk
- 1 Tbsp coconut nectar (or maple syrup)
- Toppings of choice (ex: granola, hemp seeds, coconut flakes, pepitas, etc.)
- Blend acai puree, banana, blueberries, coconut milk, and coconut nectar in a blender until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a bowl, and top with your favorite superfoods.
