Antioxidant Acai Bowl

Makes one serving



  • 1 pkg frozen acai puree
  • 1 banana
  • 1/3 cup blueberries
  • 1/3 cup coconut milk
  • 1 Tbsp coconut nectar (or maple syrup)
  • Toppings of choice (ex: granola, hemp seeds, coconut flakes, pepitas, etc.)



  1. Blend acai puree, banana, blueberries, coconut milk, and coconut nectar in a blender until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour into a bowl, and top with your favorite superfoods.
