And after (insert milestone X, Y, or Z), something else always seems to come up that needs your attention before you make your health a priority. You know that this broken record is keeping you from becoming your most healthy, vibrant self, but you feel stuck and don’t know where to start. Please don’t smack me, but this is how I feel most days now when I wake up—which was not always the case.

I used to roll out of bed after a not-so-great-night’s sleep, after hitting the snooze button at least three times. I barely had time to get ready for work, much less eat or make a healthy breakfast/lunch, and spent most of my day going through the motions and feeling exhausted. I had brain fog, acne and other skin issues, adrenal fatigue, anxiety, and low self-confidence. I felt unhealthy and knew that something needed to change, but felt stuck and alone—like I didn’t have the time, support or knowledge to get out of this vicious cycle. It wasn’t until I taught myself how to incorporate real, whole foods into my daily life and develop healthy lifestyle habits for my body, mind, and soul, that I began to experience more energy, health and happiness. Nothing fulfulls me more than guiding others to bring their own vibrant health to the surface and create lasting change. That was my mission when I created this program.

What you can expect during each session:

Sessions are conducted either in person, or via Skype. We’ll construct a plan that’s highly individualized for your specific areas of struggle, and will cover related health and wellness topics. We’ll then set realistic yet effective goals using a step-by-step process that’s essential to create new and sustainable habits. At the end of the session, we’ll come up with 2-4 action items that you can start integrating into your life. On the off-weeks, I’ll check in with you to see how things are going and offer any support you may need. Each session will build off the last—we’ll discuss what’s been working, what hasn’t, and make adjustments from there. The beauty is that the program is completely customizable to your unique goals and needs, so that you can receive the maximum benefit possible. We have the same goal: YOUR SUCCESS!

My role as your coach:

Knowing you should eat more veggies, get better sleep, balance your stress levels, etc. is one thing. Actually making it happen is another. Let’s be honest; if these things were so easy, you wouldn’t be here. That’s where I come in. As your coach, I am your supporter and accountability partner. My wish is not to overwhelm you, but to motivate and inspire you to reach your goals. That’s why I meet you exactly where you are; whether the health thing is brand new to you, or you’re already halfway where you want to be. I am a Certified Holistic and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach—however, my most meaningful and extensive training is from my life experiences. Coming out on the other side of my own personal challenges has taught me health and lifestyle lessons I am inspired to teach you. Just as a sports coach, I don’t “play the game” for you; you will need to show up and do the work. I am simply here to guide you and make that as fun and easy for you as possible, setting you up for long-term success.
